3/30/04
Today I had my one month visit tot he doctor my labs came back GREAT. The only things that were elevated were my liver enzymes which is to be expected.

6/24/04
Four Months have passed and all I can say is WOW!! I am now down 80 pounds and feel great!

8/25/04 Six months ago i was drugged up on demerol. Wanting to die today I am 115 pounds lighter and wishing i had done it eons ago. No complaints.

1/4/05 Long time sine i updated I have lost almost 140 pounds since surgery and an astounding 210 since March of 2003. The challenges are great but the rewards are definitely worth it.
