Use to scale not moving as fast and was happy to see I am down to 188 lbs..from 250  wow..I  wish I would have done this so much sooner in life..why did I wait..oh I know because I wanted the sleeve...Best choice I have ever made..yippee..

Went to the mountains today and I was not a bystander.  I actually went sledding down the mountain..yippee..even had my niece on my lap...so much fun..not looking in from the outside but actually participating in life..Thank you Sleeve..lovin it!

I made it my half way was 192.5..I woke up to 192 this morning..Lovin my sleeve and all it has helped me to accomplish..yippee

I made it to Onderland..I did it..a right on 199.0 can you even imagine.  I cannot yippee...I have my life back....

It' s here 2010 and what will it bring for me?  I am excited to start my journey in 2010.  Open to what the year has to offer and excited about the journey and where it will lead me.  I got up at 8 am and went to the gym..my sis in law was to go with me but stayed in bed.  I walked down to the gym on my own.  I did it.  I got on the bike and rode for 30 minutes.  Yes I wanted to give up but for a change I knew I could do it.  I did do it ..I rode 5 miles burned 87 calories.  A lot of work for 87 calories..lol Then I did 10 minutes on the treadmill and walked back home...Some people drove..that is funny..that is the old me..shoot who am I kidding the old me would not have gone to the gym.  I feel rejuvinated and Happy.  I am proud of where I am and where I will be headed.  I put a belt on today..needed to hold up my pants.  Had stopped wearing those so very long ago.  So 2010 I am here and ready to deal with whatever you want to throw my way.  I am ready..way ready..for the good stuff too.  Happy New Years girls!
