Today was an excellent day ... My energy level was exactly where it's supposed to be. I started the Whey Protein shots today to make sure I am getting all my protein in.
I am in the soft foods stage.
This journey has been exciting... I look forward to a new start everyday!
I have no pain whatsoever...sipping the water...taking it easy but walking a lot everyday!
