"Dr. Katz made me feel very comfortable in my decision to have RNY. He is easy going yet very clear on what to expect before, during and after the RNY. I had looked into Bypass about 6 years ago but decided against it because I was not comfortable with the doctors nor their post care. Dr. Katz was different - his experience, his bedside manner, and his general nature made me have a "no brainer" in having him do my RNY.
The office staff is fantastic - You know where you stand at all times. They take a lot of the insurance "hassle" off of your plate and work their butts off to make sure everything is in order. That's not to say you wont have lots of pre-op work on your end , but they do make the process much easier.
I am really trying to think of a negative experience but I can't...Ok, the parking near his building stinks...more so when it snows.
He is the best and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
