1st appt w/Nutrionist

I went to my 1st nutrition appt today....i must admit i was very nervous and did not know what to expect....after i met and talked to karey (nutritionist) i was more at ease...she is really easy to talk to and she advised me to stop drinking soda and no more eating out......:(.....I'll have to work on that.

I attended my 1st support group today, there were lots of people there just like myself...some had already has surgery and others waiting to....it was good, lots of information going around from all the members.....

OK, I attended the Seminar...very interesting.....brought home the folder and filled out the application...we were told that it probably would be about 6 months or so till surgery if all goes well......ok, so the journey begans!
