Nexium has worn off! - Finished my prescribed bottle of nexium last week and this week I am suffering with the worst acid reflux. Anyone else have this problem and if so what can you do?

As a newbie, I was wondering should biotin be used as a preemptive for hair loss or when you start experiencing it? Thanks for you replies.
