Still doing research. I am also trying to network a bit. I sent out info request to a few doctors. So far I have only heard back from one Dr that i wanted to hear from and my local CoE. Since i am going the self pay route, I am going to Mexico. If my CoE would be able to come with in 2k of the cost of going to Mexico then I would entertain it.
