I had my surgeon apointment yesterday before my surgery which is one week from today. I lost another 4 pounds.
Everything is a go.

Ten Days Until Surgery Day 09/10/09

On September 10Th, I am having lap-band weight loss surgery. Tomorrow, Sept 2ND I have my surgeon appointment at CBS in Davenport. I have been on the low carb/high protein diet now for about a week.
The past few weeks have gone fast and I am sure the next week will go fast as well. So far I am not nervous about the procedure.
