Hello Family, Sorry I have not been on to blog! I have been enjoying my life to the fullest, but it is always good to take the time out and come back to where it all started! I started this journey with my OH family so it is a must that I come back and keep in touch with what is current. I have been so blessed with this surgery, it has gave me a new leash on life!! If I had to do this surgery all over again I most definitely would in a heartbeat! I can not even believe that I was living life 135 lbs heavier, because this is the life now, I am completely happy, and God is truly awesome!! Now this surgery does not change your mindset, you have to do that on your own! I do not dump at all, so sometimes I get this major sweet craving it calls me like crack!! ugghhh!! So I will beng, and I have to make myself stop!! I don't exercise as much as I should, but I am going to get myself on a routine, I do walk almost everyday. I still drink 1 shake a day, and I take my vitamins on schedule everyday. I am maintaining my weight at 203lbs-209lbs, the scale bounces up and down, I don't weigh myself as much as I used to. I love the size I am at, and I don't want to get no bigger, My goal weight is 190lbs, and I might can reach this goal if I put in some extra work I fit medium to large tops, and a size 14 bottoms, and they feel a little loose at times. I can buy my tops in the junior section, and I also can fit my 14yr old daughter tops!! I stand at 5ft 11inches tall and I don't want to look to frail, so I love this size!! I had my 40th bday on March 27th, and I HAD A BLAST!! 40 sure does feel good on me! I also went back to Florida, because the last time I visited I could not even fit in the plane seats, and on the amusement park rides, now I can fit in them with no effort at all!! Going to Florida was a nice NSV! It feels dam good to be able to sit anywhere, and buy clothes without the hassle! Well My Oh Family I will try and blog more often, and until The next time... Well folks it is here today is my 1 year surgerversary, and I feel awesome!! I am now down a total of 125lbs, and I feel as great as I look!! This year of 2012 I have no regrets, I lost 125lbs, I gained friends,   lost friends , Got an promotion, my social life has been at an all time high, and I have gained so much more confidence in myself than I have ever had!! My marriage is at it's best, and our love life is just off the chain!! lol!! So far this year I had low protein levels, my iron level was slightly low, and I got H pylori uggghhh!! But I raised my protein intake, and that problem got solved, I took more Iron, and that helped alot, and the antibiotics solved my H pylori situation, so besides these minor issues I have had no serious health problems. My energy is off the roof, and I love to SHOP!! OMG I never thought I would enjoy shopping like I do now!! I am 5ft 11inches, and I wear a LG TOP, and a size 14 bottoms. Thank God I still have some hips and but lol!! My boobies oh well they disappeared  lmao! So many Nsv's omg I dont even know where to begin... My son says that everybody thinks I am his girl friend lol!, Everybody says that I don't look like I am getting ready to turn 40, People are constantly complimenting me, I have women jealous of me, and people who have not seen me in along time don't even recognize me lol!! My hubby is so happy with my decision, and very satisfied with my results!! Well OH Family you guys have been a great support system, and this website has got me threw this whole journey, My OH family I salute you!! To all of my Pre op Folks and my new Post op folks this is one of the best things you can do for yourself to improve the quality of your life, and if I had to do it all over again I would!! Hello my OH family, I have been missing in action! Lol! Since the last time I blogged on here, I was having some stomach complications! I was burping Alot, and my tummy always felt bloated, so I went to the Doctors, and she ran more blood work, and I be dam I tested positive for H pylori...uggghhh so I had to take a serious round of antibiotics, and I am on prescribed acid reducer meds, and I feel much better now! H pylori is a bacteria infection in the intestines that can cause stomach ulcers if not treated! So let's pray that the antibiotics helped cleared it up. I will find out around the end of the month when I send in a stool sample. My iron level was slightly low, so I take more iron and it has went up, also my surgeons office told me my protein levels were low Geesh, so I upped my protein intake! So now I sometimes drink 2 shakes a day, and 1 of my shakes equals 35g of protein so if I am having one of those days when I eat 1 spoonful and I am full I just drink 2 shakes, but I always drink at least 1 a day! Now for the past 6 weeks I have been stuck in the 220's I go up, and come back down! So I think I hit a dreadful stall! I am 5ft 11in tall, so my weight looks good on me, but I am afraid that I am finished loosing, but I was told that I wasn't! So now I have to up my exercise routine, I already upped my protein, so let's see what happens! My appetite has came back recently, and I can eat more than what I used to, and that is scaring me too! I never dump, I wish I would dump, so I can eat sweets with no problems! I admit a chocolate chip cookie is soooooooo freakin good,and it calls my name sometimes! Lol! I know I don't have no business eating it. I just have to get my but back on track! The good thing is I look good and I feel marvelous! Ok I think I have talked you guys heads off enough. I will keep you all posted on everything. I have a NSV.... MY 19 YR OLD SON SAYS THAT EVERYBODY KEEPS THINKING, AND ASKING HIM IF I AM HIS GIRLFRIEND LOL! SO HE TOLD ME TO DON'T WALK BESIDE HIM WHILE WE WERE IN THE MALL, BECAUSE I AM MESSING UP HIS FLOW WITH THE GIRLS HAHAHAHA, I AM LOVING IT!! Until the next time loving my RNY!

Hello everyone!!! Wowwww that is all I can say!!! Everything has been going so well for me, but not well for my haters!!! My job has been stressful...The girls that work with me are always constantly talking about weight loss, I guess due to my wls, these girls are so obsessed about my weight loss, that 1 female co worker is always throwing smart remarks about my weight loss, my height, and my looks!! Uggghhh I really dunno what is up with this chic!! I really try to ignore her!! I have so many people at work that are constantly saying how good I look, how pretty my hair is, how good I look in my clothes, and than here she comes with....I am glad I am not that tall, oh my god your neck is way to small, and so many other different remarks that it is just sickening!! Well like the saying says "Make your haters your motivation". I have been so stressed at work that I switched my shift to night shift, I guess I will see how this goes, wish me well OH family! I am still taking my vitamins routinely, my eating is doing well, and my social life is going great!! I do need to up my exercise activity, but I think that I will be able to get in my physical activity really soon! I am now down to a size 16, and it is great to be able to wear clothes that I thought I could never wear! Me and the family have been doing so many things, and I have been truly busy, thank God that I have the energy to do all of these things!!
