Going Nowhere Fast

Well my weight loss has completely stopped. I have mangaged to gain weight! I went to the Dr. last week to see about getting a revision. I am at 3.6 out of 4.0 and I'm not sure why but I am always hungry. The band is NOT working for me. I am gonna try for rny. I don't know how BCBS is gonna feel about paying for another surgery. But I will be so glad if they do. I will know sometime this week. My BMI is back to 39/40 but their is not a mechanical error as far as I know.
1st Fill

My 1st fill went very well. No complications. Little did I know that when I 1st got banded that I #1 had a 4cc band (thought it was 10cc) and little did I know that it was ALREADY FILLED with .6cc's So I now have 1.2 cc's in a 4cc band and nowhere close to my "sweet spot". I don't have much restriction, but I am still losing slowly. I am getting used to eating smaller amounts and feel good about it. 240/218/160

It's been 18 days since I've been banded. Although I know the weight wasn't gonna come off as quickly as if I had RNY... I expected to see more results. The first week I lost 10lbs quickly, and pretty easy. Slow and steady thereafter I guess. I read the message boards just about everyday but I haven't participated yet. Still observing my new band family from the outside I guess. I feel like when people look at me who knew I was going to have the surgery gives me "the look" like "did she lose any weight?'... I don't need all the pressure. As long as I know I am doing right, that's all that matters.
I am still concentrating on getting all my protein and water in. I know I'm getting at least 40g per day, but I have to do better. My snacking time is at night. I get the munchies (real bad).
I have to wait a whole 6 weeks from banding for my 1st fill. I can't wait to see what that feels like compared to now. My stomach is still a little swollen, and I'll be real glad when that goes down all the way.

I am 2 weeks post op and feeling great. I can't help but to read everyone's stories and be so grateful.
