had surgery it went great! down 17 pounds! Thank God! It may not be much but i can so tell the difference when i'm walking etc. I am so grateful to God for keeping me through surgery and granting me another opportunity to get my relationship with food right . I believe i got my progression completely wrong right now lol but i am loosing. Saying small prayers for each of you on your journey... Blessings to you.... Lovelee07

people people people God is good and His mercy endures forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely could not believe that i got my date the same day i completed. I'm soooooooooooooo grateful and excited about another chance at life. ughhhhh i just want to ride the rides at universal studios and six flags. Lead worship without needing an oxygen mask right after ;) i'm just so ready.... but you all know youre either there now or you've been there. Best wishes to you on your journeys.....

Well.... I finished the program. I passed my echo stress, endoscopy and a pulmonary exam. I've been submitted to my insurance and now i'm patiently waitinggggggg....

I just received my letter of medical necessity today!!!!! After almost a whole year praise be to God!!!!!!! If you're on this journey don't give up! Everything, all things happens in God's timing!!! 

 ok here it goes i lost 16 gained 14 lost 7 for a total loss of 9 i think :) well at least the last time i weighed. So what's next ummm next i meet with my surgeon at emory. I'm excited that appointment is  this month. Then i go back to bariatric Dr. & my nutritionist for my final visit. My insurance required 4 total visits the first was just for informational purposes. Tomorrow i go to my primary physician for my surgical clearance & my letter of medical necessity.I'm thankful that i've made it thus far. I pray that God will allow the rest of this process to go through without incident.  i'll keep posted ttys!

 Went to the doctor on this past thursday and found out ( waiting on drums to roll) that i've officially lost 16 lbs on my own!!!!! whoot whoot :) this was considered my first month of supervised diet and i have 2 more to go! so i definitely need the prayers of the righteous!!!!! I'm pretty much eating a little bit of what i want just making wiser choices and counting calories... :) it seems to working, God knows i'm trying and i've officially been diagnosed with HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE and put on MEDSSSSSSSS! but i'm encouraged because i'm on my way down! Glory be to God it could have been worse! things on the home front are great loving the hubby receiving all the love and support in the world! :) Later 

 as i stated below i had my first appointment with Dr. Joanne Williams at Emory Bariatrics last month on the March 29, 2012 for my consult. I was given a plan for a supervised diet she expects me to loose 15 pounds before we submit to my insurance. I've also been asked to keep some sort of diary so i decided to do a video blog i guess i'll do my next vid today! welllllll i've started the supervised diet and i'm feeling good about it my next appointment is April 26th, 2012. Kind of bothered because that's the week of my cycle and i definitely don't need bloating to accompany me to my visit. I really want every pound to be NOTICED!!! But i got sick and had to go to the emergency room 2 days ago and i found out that i have a sinus infection i was given meds that i am currently taking which both happen to be dang blasted steroids  but the ER doctor confirmed i wouldn't be on them long enough for them to cause weight gain.  But I also found out that i've dropped 7 POUNDS & POUNDS IN 9 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!! Oh i almost forgot I called, scheduled and took my Psychological Evaluation for Bariatric Surgery Clearance. I Passed!!! so i'm all cleared for surgery on that end I went to a great Doctor Gary Santavicca he  was awesome quick and to the point! 

 Spoke to Ms.Dee at Dr.Dennis Smith's office about my insurance and the upcoming seminar dates. She was wonderful!!! If she is any representation of Dr.Smith (and i'm so sure she is) he has to be nothing short of  awesome! Well I go to my seminar on March 3, 2011. Then I'll submit my app for approval to be his patient. I'm soooooooo excited that this journey is finally started again!!! My husband and kids are excited for me as well. I've read so many journeys where people didn't have the support  I have. I'm Blessed beyond measure.I've been looking into WLS since 2003, then I lost my insurance. But everything happens in GOD's timing everything! I'll update you soon :)
