"EXCELLENT laparoscopic RNY technique. Uses 3 methods (staples, sutures, glue) which is difficult on laps. Surgical competence is better than bedside manner. He's kind of a \"crotchety\" old man. Very strict and drills you about your knowledge of procedure in office visits. Be ready to have your surgery date bumped if you're not in compliance. "
"The hospital staff had a team approach to bariatric patients. Admissions called and got me pre-registered 2 weeks before my surgery, the dietician from the hospital called me the week before to make sure I understood the diet guidelines and lifestyle change, and the anesthesiologist also called me at home before the surgery to ask if I had any concerns about going under. The nursing and respiratory care staff were courteous and seemed to genuinely care about there patients. I had my surgery on Christmas Eve and the radiologist stayed late (10pm) so that I could have my post op x-rays and go home that night. I don't see any way that the staff could have been more accomadating to me and my family. Thanks Presby Plano !!!!!!!!!"
