I was 299 pounds when I had my RNY surgery in 2005. My lowest weight was 160. I was diagnosed with depression in 2009. Before I was diagnosed, I turned to alcohol. I gained back 60 pounds. I am back here in 2011 to get my weight back under control and to learn again how my tool can help me lose the weight again.
