... until I don't have to shop in the plus size section!! Made a trip to Macy's today, and the same shirt in misses was $36 while priced at $49 in the plus size section!! Wow, I think that's a substantial difference. It was a big sale, but only bought a couple things. Now I'm in size 1X down from 2X. My weight loss is slow but steady compared to nothing (or even gaining) without my tool!!

Had fun skiing, got tired quickly. ..... Guess what ..... the ski pants fit. Yeah!! Glad I've lost some weight, can't wait to loose more. Sure is a nice pay off to be comfortable in your clothes!!!

I am now 6 weeks out from Lap Band surgery!!! I think I've lost 20 pounds so far. I need to get with it as far as keeping track. My youngest daughter took before pictures, and pictures at 1 month out. Took my measurements before. Haven't taken them since, but my clothes now fit again and some are even too big!!
My youngest got me all set up today with a "pretty" page!! Now I am now an official blogger, and can keep track of my journey.
Love this band!! Get full pretty fast. I've had 1 fill and 2 unfills, but think I need to go in next week for another fill. Went in and had 1 fill (3), before I left the office had to have an unfill (1) because I couldn't even drink a cup of water in the dr office. Later that week, I had another unfil (.5) because it was too painful to eat, and was eating too many soft foods (cheese, yogurt, refried beans etc.). I've lost a little more weight so should go in for another fill.
I am thrilled to be on this side of the surgery!!! I was self pay so didn't take long to shedule the procedure once I had my psych and pulmonary evals. Just found out about this side 1 week prior to my surgery when I went to my first required nutrition class. I've been glued to it ever since!!!
Went to San Francisco with my family for spring break. I'm down to 215 from 235 pounds and fit into the air plane seat much better. WOW what will it be like after I loose 50, 60, 70 (and more!)pounds ... I can't wait!! I could have never lost this small amount of weight without the help of my new tool!!!
Going skiing for the first time this season. Know my snow pants would not have fit before surgery. Positive they will fit now!!! Looking forward to it, too bad the season is almost over!!
Spent enough time on the computer for now.
