Hi, Lori: Just wanted to wish you the best on your upcoming surgery. As far as PJ's go, I always try to go a little bigger, and try to get something stretchy. I love the nylon kind that feel silky because they move with you when you go to roll over. I thought I'd like the shorts-type pj's, but I found I really don't. They seem to create a super-wedgie sometime in the middle of the night! LOL! K-Mart sometimes has pj-s up to size 4x; you might try there. Good luck, and God Bless!
