The pain, need help!

Hey all! I am five days post op and still having so much gas pain!!!!!!
I just got some gas ex today, I have been walking like crazy, moving like a chicken with my head cut off, and afraid to sit for too long! Any advise? I am almost in tears on an hourly basis! The crazy thing is I'm usually good with pain! Please help!
