HI, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT THIS SITE FOR A LONG TIME AND EACH TIME I FIND SOMETHING NEW. I TOO HAVE A SURGERY DATE OF 10-23-02 AT 10;30 AM. I HAVE MY PSYC EVAL. ON TUES.. MY FIRST CONSULTATION WAS 2-19-02 AND IT SEEMS LIKE 10-23 IS STILL FAR AWAY. YOU ARE AN INCETIVE TO ME TO QUIT SMOKING,IT'S SUCH A BAD HABIT. TAKE CARE AND I WISH YOU THE BEST. I have been smoke free for 76 days. YES i keep track of the days. LOL I just quit cold turkey. Started smoking at 12, inhaling at 13 and at 38 smoking 2 two packs a day. Have gained 23 pounds in the pocess but they will take care of that on June 3. I smoked menthol so I love Blue Ice Halls cough drops and a Vicks inhaler. (What ever it takes)I WILL pray for you and it does get better in about two weeks Love ^j^ Missy

Lisa: Thanks you for your thoughts.I am sure I remeber your name from somewhere, do you belong to the yahoo group for WLS Indianapolis? Most of their members are St V's. Your surgery date is just days away from my "natural birthday' of oct 29. Good Luck and lots of hugs! will keep you all posted.
