First Post Op Appt

I went to see my surgeon today and everything was good. I am down 9lbs since surgery!!! I love seeing the scale drop!
I was also advanced to mushies.......refried beans never tasted so good!! Lol!! I will be on that for the next two weeks. I know the inches are falling off because my clothes are fitting MUCH better. It's such a motivation to watch the scale go down!

I got my surgery yesterday and came home today. I'm feeling pretty good but the gas pain SUCKS!!! My official preop weight loss was 23lbs and 10 inches!!! Go Me!!!!!

Tomorrow is my day to get on the bench!!!! I am so excited and nervous at the same time. I just keep thinking about the day I can shop in stores that don't go above a 14!!!

I started the preop diet Nov 1 and so far I've lost 18lbs!!!! 
It was a vried version of the one my doctor wants me to do. I start the "official" preop diet on Thurs. I'm supposed to start Wed but that's the day before Thanksgiving!
I fully intend on eating Thanksgiving(last supper syndrome) and then I will follow the diet to a T. Dec 10th isn't getting here fast enough!!

December 10th!!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!!!! I start my preop diet next week! Can't wait to be on the losers bench!!!!!!

YEA!!!!! I got my approval letter in the mail today. It only took three days!!! I should be getting my surgery date tomorrow, but they already told me it will probablt be the first week of December. I can't wait!! That's just a lil less than 6 weeks away!!

Yea!!! Had an EXCELLENT appointment with the dietician!!!! She told me that she has never seen my insurance deny the surgery....so that makes me feel extra good! She also told me that I can probably go ahead and start my preop diet (no longer than a month tho). I'm SO excited. My surgeons office told me that at the LATEST, I should be getting my surgery the first week of December. Whoo Hooo!!!! I can't wait!!!!

Today I had my appt for the psychological evaluation. She said I was a great candidate 
. I am VERY excited. I go on thurs. fror my cardiac assessment. No worries there....I've always been very healthy. I go for my nutritional evaluation on Oct 7th. I'm sp impatient with the waiting. I wish it was my surgery day already!!!!!
