~~~~CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING SURGERY. ~~~~ Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, i can say that with all the complications and everyting i had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, Im off all medications, have sooooo much more engery. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Prayers that the Lord will guide your surgeons hands, and you have a speedy recovery. . Looking forward to hearing from you on the loosing side. Huggs and Prayers ~~Cyndi M~~

Hi Lisa! Congratulations on your surgery date! This scripture has meant so much to me on my WLS journey. Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD , "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Lisa, I can not think of a better Christmas Present that you can give yourself but a life makeover! You will be so very successful. The next month is going to be a crazy rollercoaster ride, emotionally for you. Hang in there, this is very normal! The best solution when that happens is to call your Angel, Angie! Secondly, come in here and vent away on the Board. Thirdly go into the Chatroom and let us all coddle and help you. Attend a support group meeting. There is so much available to you, especially right in here! I am sending you some positive vibes. From now only try to only think positive about you, your loved ones and your endeavors!
