He never once made me feel uneasy. He didn't talk about how much I weighed or embarassed me at all. I was very relaxed and at ease to ask any questions I thought of. His office staff were very friendly. He emphasied aftercare and the importance of this. He covered all the risk involved but he also said that being overweight was a higher risk than having the surgery. "
