So for the most part my life is sooo wonderful ..
BUT i started smoking this week... I know I know i'm tell you all ths because it was sooooo easy and i was somke free for 4 years.. i could kick myself so i am quiting again.... so for all the people that smoked at one time..DO NOT TEST yourself.. just don't do it i thought i'd never never never start again but here i am having to quit.. wish me luck... it's going to be hard

80 POUNDS GONE i can't stop looking at the scale .. I only have 30 pounds untill my goal.. I can't get over how good i feel.. In my life things have changed but i thik there all for the good my marriage has changed some.. I wasen't sure if this was good bad or ???? but i'll let you know lol.. keep cool everyone...Oh my one thing is SKIN my new 4 letter word i'm quite worried but i'll  cross that when i have too..

 Why time has gone by soo fast.. I feel like i just left the barix hospital
and what a 13 weeks it has been i'm down 70 + pounds ...; i had a friend that has only know me fat pass me at the mall she almost fell over..
I'm playing with my kids riding bikes..I marriage was falling apart and it's like i have fallen in love with him all over again... My hole live has changed that in some ways it feels like 13 years must have passed to have me change this much... I love the woman i'v become i can't wait to see what happens over the next year ....Lisa

Well it's been 8 weeks i feel wonderful i'm bike riding with my kids everyday i'v lost 48 + pounds .. I still have moments were ithink this was crazy that i changed my body ???/ but i know i would have never done this on my own i needed this tool i just can't tell people how good i feel... i'll try and add more pictures

O.k so if you told me 6 weeks ago i would feel this good i would have thought you were crazy..I'm down just over 40 pounds(yipppy) and feel wonderful i took up biking with my German shepherds and they love it my kids come and we make it a family thing it feels so great.. The old me is gone and the new one is here to stay....I WISH I HAD DONE THIS 5 YEARS AGO..lol

O.k i'm on day 5 after my bypass..yippy
I went in on Mar 3 monday scared out of my mind but have to say the people at the barix clinic were sooo wonderful .
I will keep posting my story as i become the new me..Can't wait



Well Day 7 and everyday i feel better .. I can't wait to see Doc Schram on friday for my 2 week and get back to work.
I'm bored lol.. I think i'll find the group here here windsor and meet some other people..Wish me luck
