Glad to see familiar faces on the lightweight boards. Hope to be back on here regularly. Up a few lbs but going back to my roots and kicking the carbs to the curb. Hubby has retired and that has changed our eating routine so its a good time to renew

Finished the Phoenix Women's Half Marathon -
I ran the Womens Half Marathon on Sunday the 4th. Finished in 3 hrs and 19 minutes and averaged a 15.1 minute mile with one potty stop and a stop for nutrition. I felt so good...
