3/10/2014

I had the VSG in October, 2010 and lost a little over 50 lbs, to within 10 lbs of my goal during the first 6 months, coasted for the next year or so...long story, but here I am a little over 3 years out and I've gained 40 lbs back.  It wasn't a problem with my surgery, it was a problem with WHAT I chose to put in my mouth.  So, here I am back to the basics ready to do what I need to do to get the weight off and keep it off: Tracking my food daily (Cal: 800-900, Protein-80-110, Carbs: under 40, Fat: under 50), weighing at least twice a week, exercising 3-4 times a week, and logging on the boards here at OH to keep myself accountable for my choices.  If you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to let me know.  Thanks.
