"He was to the point, he didnt sugarcoat anything. It's just a tool..I remember saying that to myself several times as I left seminar.He seems incredibly busy, you don't see him much. I'm not sure I like that, but I understand that he is always in surgery. But I do feel confident that if I really wanted to see him, I could. I have faith in the Physicians Assistant and nurses that I do see at my appointments.rnI feel surgical competence was most important to me. Bedside manner is nice, but knowing he is known as one of the best makes me feel more comfortable, than if he had awesome bedside manner.I am very happy I chose him as my surgeon. EDIT: 5+ years out and still am glad I chose him and the U OF M. Zero issues for me so far. I am blessed"
