"I was impressed with Dr. Lane from the first time I met him in Sept 2003 at my daughter's initial consult for her surgery which was in Dec. 2003. He is concerned about your well being and uses caution in being sure you really are a good candidate for surgery if you have any health issues at all such as my asthma, diabetes, etc. He did my surgery 6/10/04 and sad to say, is leaving Barix Clinics (formerly Bariatric Treatment Centers) in Michigan this month. I know he had a great aftercare program from my daughter's post op care after Dec 2003. He will be teaching for a year and I hope he returns to surgery after that as he is one of the best!! "
