4 days to the new me? new life? what if I am so different i don't recognize myself what if its not worth it? How about changing? I feel comforted knowing I can eat anything pop chips salami fast food..what am I doing? Why do I feel so panicked like I want to go on a binge of drinking and eating everything in site? What does this mean ? am I not ready? HELP
