I just couldn't do it myself. I tryed so many times but the most I was able to lose was 35-37 lbs, and after a couple of months I would gain it all lback and some extra lbs more. I finally had the chance of getting this wonderful surgery and I feel like i am the most lucky and happy woman on earth. 
I've lost 51 lbs and it feels wonderful. I'm fitting into my old (fashioned lol) jeans again and I can walk and breath better than ever.
