Little by little I will get there.  Today I got to check off my list - chest xray, bloodwork, urinalysis. Tuesday I have to go for my upper GI xray & ultrasound of my gallbladder. Yeah! It's nice to see stuff moving along.

So the next things I will need to get is - cardio clearance & EKG, pulmo clearance, psych, dietician/exercise specialist. Then I will be on the fast track to surgery!

I kinda changed it up & got lucky! I was able to get go to the seminar last week & was able to see the surgeon too due to a cancellation. It all went wonderful. I can't believe how amazing his staff is! Dr. Salimath is so funny & has a great personality as well as knowing his stuff. He gave me 2 options......RNY or VSG. I was so happy he gave me the option of the VSG.

I have to say though.....I really knew so much about it all that the seminar was just a prelimary thing I had to do. So I have my papers & I am off to have my testing done which is xrays, ultrasound of my gallbladder, bloodwork & cardio & pulmonologist clearance. I should have a few appts set up by the end of this week and I am so happy that things are moving forward a little now. I have been waiting for a few months just to get to this point.
