"The staff was so slow at getting anything done. At one time I had to wait almost an hour for pain med. I called, waited, called, got my button cut off but no one answered me, then called again. I was in tears by then. Every time I called for something, I would have to wait about 15min to get a response. Only about 2 nurses were on the ball the whole time and only one or two tech. that really helped me when needed it."
