After months of dealing with the pre op dr supervised diet and then the insurance company suddenly I'm approved and having my surgery on Oct. 17th! So fast!

Well, let's see. I'm Leighanne. I'm 33 and I've been researching the LAP Band for about 4 years now. I now have insurance (BCBS) and I'm moving ahead.
Met with Dr. Wilson for the first time last week. Very nice guy. I have to have an upper GI scope on June 28th then we can move forward with a surgery date.
