Hello Lisa, I just read your post... I drink ISPOURE not the powdered stuff.. it comes in glass bottles.. usually GNC has them... tastes like coolaid... great stuff... and be patient your tastes will keep changing.. mine do... good luck on your wls... Karen

Hello, I'm Patty, a good friend of Lisa. I spoke to her this morning and she sounded pretty good. She was anxious to get out of bed and start walking and we shared a few laughs together. good luck on your upcoming surgery. i'm 3 weeks out and down 24 pounds. i found that myoplex lite from gnc is a good protein drink. 25grams of protein. vanilla and strawberry are good. that's what i'm doing now. just drinking my protein drink and water all day. GOD bless you!!!

Hi! This is Sam T. my mom got this surgery a couple of months ago and she drinks a lot of sugar free kool-aid! It is very good! Everyone in the house thinks it is better than Crystal light! Just another thing to add to your list! I have you in my prayers! GOOD LUCK!
