Merle, I hope you feel better soon! I had my surgery on 4/21, so I can relate to the pain/lousy feelings. Ugh! Have you tried any protein drinks yet? I just started drinking my Real Meals (tiny portions, half skim milk/half water - maybe an ounce at a time), and I'm already feeling MUCH more energetic. I was like the living dead yesterday! LOL They're yummy, too, in case you're looking for a decent tasting drink. (The one in the hospital was enough to make me want to slit my wrists!
