Reading back over the old posts is pretty neat. I forgot how all that felt.  Now I'm fighting this regain but I am ready to get back on track and feel good.

Wow I have not been on in a long while.  I have now lost 135 pounds and I am almost at my 1 year aniversery.  This has been a crazy ride but the best thing I ever did for myself..I feel great and want to tell every fat person in to take control of there life and do it!!!!!!!

I have not updated in a while I am doing great!! I have lost 40lbs and this is great but of course I'm ready for 100 but I will get there.  Energy level in great for anyone wondering about doing this go for it the first couple of weeks are hard but it's all worth it I feel better than I have felt in years.

Hello all 

I am doing pretty good now I am almost a month post now I just have to deal with all the emotional side effects.  Life is just feeling boreing right now have not lost enough to do all the things I want to but can't do any of the things I used to I don't know I think I am just feeling sorry for myself.  Food is just not all that appealing any more but you have to eat so its weird your mind has a hard time wraping around the new you.

Hey it has been a while since I have posted the surgery went well and I really am feeling good.  The first week was pretty difficult but after that it got much better quickly.  I am eating some food now it is very strange to not be hungry at all kinda seems boring but I just keep rememebering its all worth it.  I think I am about at 15lbs so thats good for 14 days ready to see some sizes droping.  I go tomorrow for my post op check up and I can't wait to see how much they say i have lost.

Its almost here I can not believe it.  I worked so hard for this and it here I still keep thinking something is going to stop the surgery am I weird or what.  It all seems to be comming really fast now I can not wait to see the changes.  Pray for me

yea well my doc was not to happy I don't believe I have ever felt that stupid as when I was in his office and he said I could cancel your surgery for this!!! I wanted to cry! He said he will weight me on the 26th and I had better have lost 5lbs.  I really don't know what happened I have not been eating I know any worse than before I think better cause I have not been going out to eat.  But he did not believe me I know its for my own good but I really don't know what happened so now its just EAS drinks and a small dinner till surgery cause I will prove him wrong I am agood canidate for this surgery and I am going to be sucessful and blow his socks off.!!!!!  Sorry I just had to vent thanks

I saw the nutritionist today and I can not believe that I can live off of that much food and I'm not going to want more she said it will be hard to make myself eat.  Not a problem I have ever had lol!!  I am getting excited and nervious I know this is what I need to do I just hope I can handle all the changes so quickly.  keep thinking about me please

Wow! This has been a great week.  I waited and waited for approval from insurance and all the sudden it was here and now surgery is scheduled and pre op and everything.  Its exciting but a little scarry it is really going to happen now and wow!  Its is hard to believe I can loose as much weight as some of the people I have seen.  I also worry about how I am going to feel am I going to miss the food will it make me sad to not be able to go out to dinner I don't think so It just seems crazy.  This is a jouney I never thouht I would take here I go........
