Hi. Like so many of you, I've always been "fat". i don't have major health problems, Tks goodness, but all the WL programs I invest (money, time and hopes) ends as another failure. My mom and aunts are all overweight. My uncles (4), from my mom's side died from heart attacks. My mom and aunts all have heart problems. One of them has had a cardiac bypass. I don't want to end up like them. Having heart problems.
Sometimes I think if I should exercise and diet and i'd be fine, but sometimes I think I've tried so many things. AmI been too drastic considering a WLS?
I am pretty confused. So I hope this community can help me to figure things out.
