"Dr. Geocaris is a wonderful doctor. I went in to see him about a possible hernia and it was then that he recommended that I have the Gastric Bypass. It was just the suggestion that I needed to finally go for it. The Bariatric clinic that he works through is very thorough in the preparatory work. Not only did I have to meet my insurance requirements but also their requirements. I have to admit it was frustrating because of the hurry up and wait but I am grateful now. I feel confident that all precautionary steps have been taken to aid me in a successful surgery. I even found out that I have sleep apnea. Dr. Geocaris is very thorough in letting you know and understand the risks of any surgery. I have to go see Dr. Geocaris on Wed Nov 17th for the initial surgery consult. I have had Dr. Geocaris do a surgery on me before and I know his staff is very supportive of all of their patients. I am looking forward to a very supportive relationship with his office. I will update further after my meeting. "
