I have heard from others that they could never get a hold of their surgeons office, they had to leave messages and the office would get back to them about a week later. When you call Dr. McEwen's office, you get to speak to someone. Everyone in his office is very knowledgeable and understanding. rnrnMy entire experience with Dr. McEwen and his staff was very pleasant. I honestly feel like I have made lifetime friends with his staff. After my surgery, they called me from their homes to check on me. They genuinely wanted to know if I was doing ok.
