its a new year i'm doing good i'm down over a 100 pounds still need a 100 to go working very hard on that i know i will get there this year praying  i was starting to drink alot but i quit that because that was a tempary fix .so over all am a year and 3 months out  had no promblems and glad i had this surgery i just really want to reach my goal this year .

dang!!!!!! i can't believe it's been 7 months tomorrow i've lost alot i don't keep up with it because i don't won't to get crazy about it i feel like i'm all ready crazy with with now. I love shopping now not that i didn't befor but now its soooooo much fun i cut my hair because it was thining out i love it this way my eating is a little better it seems that i eat the same thing every day which is salad because i can keep it down with out that real full feeling i just pray every thing comes off i think about that a lot oh i'm also in the gmy every other morning befor work i love it you just feel a live after you leave .i'm wairing my tight jeans now man life is getting sooooo good pray for me .

hey, i'm back i made it through thanks to the lord i have lost 30 pounds so far i month out doing ok  ifeel tried a lot but i know my body will get back on track a better one

hey everybody 6 days befor i'm on the loser side i'm so ready  i just won'ted to post that i'm not doing to good on the liquid diet i keep sliping i feel bad .

hey i'm at work day dreaming about the day i  get my surgery i got the letter in the mail i was happy to read what my doctar all ready told me . my husband seem like he getting a little worried i love him to death but i'm doing this for me  he has no ideal what i feel like being this way he say it don't matter but to me it do when you can't do what every body elsa take for granted like no being out of breath walking or playing with the kids feeling like a whale .don't won't to eat out because you feel like every body is watching you eat but i know a change is coming

at work just looking at every body site i can't wait till i'l posting my pictures looking so good not that i think i'm ugly now but any way i'm at work every time i get a little scared i just look at every body and pray because being like this is more hurt ful to my self and my kids  PRAY FOR ME !!!!!!!!!!!!

feels like i've been waiting for ever i call to check they told me i'll no by the 16 of this month so pray for me i 'm so ready to have a tool to help me get this weight off me  so i can go and work out with out being tried after 15min  but i'm just going to keep waiting  till next time hopefully with great news
