Feeling good and the black and blue marks on "the Globe" are fading.  Mary (sister) took a picture of it on Wednesday so that I would remember.  She also took the first of my before pictures..........

I am fuzzy from the daily drugs. I need to give them up as they make me tired all day.

I am up to walking 25 to 30 minutes every day on the road.  This is good for me.  Breathing is good without the smoking any more.
