I am now 115 poiund which is a pound below my goal. I am defintely a "fine bitch' to use my kids phrase or a MILF (mother I would love to) another of their terms.It is just amazing to go to Winners (like TJ Max if you are American) and try on a size 2 and have it be a bit big.

What is really amazing is how much better I feel physicially and mentally. I wish I had done this ages ago. if my BMI was on 32 and I had to self pay I would do it knowing what I know now. That would have been a better thing to do because I wouldn't have as much sagging skin, especially on my tummy.

I am getting a breast lift and reduction next year and might get my tummy and inner thighs done too. I am struggling with a balance of what is self improvement and what is excessive but I am sure I will figure it out.

I hope that what I have written helps someone. I am more than willing to share my journey with anyone.

The time since my surgery has gone quickly. I am so happy with my VSG. I have lost 55lbs and have so much more energy.

I wish I had done this years ago. I have gone from a size 14 - 16 to a size 4!!! I love to buy clothes and I look good.

I was afraid to do this as it was major surgery but I am so glad I did.

Well the four months since I had my surgery has gone quickly. I had  a really bad time with post surgical nauseau and vommiting for three days. Then I was really weak and tired for about a month but I am feeling and looking great now. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
