Getting ready for surgery

My surgery is Monday and I am getting nervous. I have never been big on support groups but I have been reading the comments and many have helped. Seeing others success has also helped, but reading about some of the difficulties others have encountered makes me nervous. I am 38 and this is a lifelong change. But if I don't do something, I won't be around to see my 3 kids grow up and grow old with my husband. I am having lap-band Monday. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated. L
