Liquid Diet

Well tomorrow is the offical beginning of my liquid diet. So today is my last real meal for a while so I cooked smothered pork chops, rice and steamed veggies....for today.... yummy!

My surgery is two weeks away and I am one week away from the liquid diet. I think I have eaten just about everything I can imagine so I am ready for this! LOL ....I want to add pics to my profile but the mexipixel is to high in the pics I have so the files are too large so I am going to have to take new pictures at a lower resolution to add to my profile! I can't beleive this is about to happen for me! YEAH! I just hope my hubby stays excited through this entire process. I have always been heavy, not this heavy but always over weight so I am not sure how he is going to take the new me!!

And the Journey Begins!

I am scheduled to be Sleeved on August 4th, I am very excited and nervous all at the same time. I am excited about losing the weight and nervous about keeping it off. I know I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. I have kept my decision to undergo WLS very private, only my hubby and immediate family knows. I also shared it with two close friends and work that have both had gastric. I think I have eaten just about everything imaginable so I am ready. I began the liquid diet on July 28th !!!! I have read so many encouraging stories on this page which has led me to post my story as well as photos (which is something I have never done) on a WL page before. I just hope that my journey will be a blessing to encourage someone else!
