Wednesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. Hi Nicole, Teri here! I was once where you are and am now not far from it but you know what? We CAN DO THIS! I originally gained weight when I went back to my surgeon, he told me that I had exactly 2 weeks to lose the weight or the surgery would be off. He told me to eat the way it says in the guide that they give you, your proteins first *!!!*, then veggies and then your starch/carbs. I drank slimfast for breakfast and dinner (the optimum brand which has less sugar and carbs) and ate a regular lunch. I dont know if you have access to a pool, but I got in the pool every single day for an hour and I walked! (in the pool), then I swam and doggie paddled for about another hour or so. You will get there my friend... I have FAITH IN YOU! Teri
