"I attended Dr. Duncan's seminar in Feb.2005,from that date on I had thought about the surgery and the pros and cons. Well needless to say I had my first appointment in his office 3 weeks ago(may30) Since then I have completed all my appointments required from him and my insurance company. Everyone in his office was very understanding and just made the experience very comfortable. I'm waiting on my insurance company now to approve me!!!! I was told I needed to loose 30-40 pounds before the surgery and I seem to be having a hard time sticking to it. Hopefully he will still do it if I don't meet that requirement. He also told me NO SMOKING!!!! I was a smoker for 16 years and I just put it down and moved on so why can't I stick to a diet??? The experience with Dr. Duncans office, Atlanta Medical Center and the support group meeting where WONDERFUL!!! "
