Kym, You aren't the only one who is lactose intolerannt BELIEVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WHEN I TELL U ! I had a hell of a time trying to drink the protein shakes. I bought powder and mixed mine. It must be awlful to still be in pain. It will get better . I keep the faith. Peace and blessing . Akilah in nj

Hi Kym, I just wanted to say welcome home and I am glad you are doing so well. I'm in Fanklin and I am having my surgery here at the Williamson Medical Center on the 10th. I can only pray I do as well as you. Sleep well and congratulations on making it to the losing side. Theresa
