 Having pneumonia and losing eight is not a good thing. I havent posted in a hile but its because i forget and then this time when i did remember.... it was just not good timing, right after thanksgiving i broke a sewing needle off in ,my foot and had to have my foot cut open and then the ER doc couldnt get it so i had to sit for 4 hours ith it in my foot until an ortho surgeon could come take me into an OR and remove it, then recoupe time was rediculously long cause i couldnt alk directly on it. Then this week before christmas..... I got what i thought was just a common cold...... and to days in i caught pneumonia.... ICK i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy, not that i have a lot of those lol. BUt ya know what i mean! SICK SICK SICK, Now with all the coughing i sound like a man. THe only plus i can think of is that i had no appetite and didnt eat because i spent like 14 hours a day sleeping and taking my meds thats it. SO i lost 16 lbs. i now fit into jeans i hadnt even looked at for 6 yrs., I just hope i can keep it off and keep losing now that my stomach has shrunken a little.

~NOVEMBER 07,2005~
Well i started the new pills, phentrimine, and another pill anuate i might have spelled that last one wrong. But point is since last friday i have lost, 6 lbs, and i have alot more energy, but i know its the pillsthe whole concotion of them i take, 3 wellbutrin,1hydrochlorothiazide for the high blood pressure, and then i take 1 phentrimine, and at the end of the day at 4 i take the anuate. man.... where is the room for the food lol i also have been replacing meals with protein drinks, the doctor wants me to go to meetings for support. i just might do that but i am soo self conscious its going to be hard.
I just wish they would get on the ball about my disablility, so i can eventually look towards having my WLS because i am raw and honest with myself i have lost 70 lbs (2times) and 50 (3) so i dont want to go on pills and then have....it come back to haunt me if i dont have the surgery and gain up to more than 3 hundred which has been my highest so far. Well i have to clean house while i have the energy, you all take care and good luck ....(wink)Kt
