IT FELT GREAT TO BE PART OF THE CROWD, PEOPLE TALKING AND BEING SO FRIENDLY. THEY WERE NEVER LIKE THAT IN HIGH SCHOOL...
AND THAT ONE GIRL, WHO WAS SO PERFECT, AND PRETTY...YUP, YOU GUESSED IT, SHE WAS FAT! AND THE PANTS SHE WORE WERE SO TIGHT, YOU COULD SEE HER THONG BEING EATEN UP BY HER ASS!
I AM NOW DOWN 110 POUNDS, THOSE SIZE 10'S MY MOM BOUGHT ME FOR CHRISTMAS ARE TIGHT, BUT I CAN BUTTON THEM!
10 YEARS WAITING

So this morning I hit my 90 mark. It feels amazing. I love the fact that when I walk into a clothing store, I can go to the right now instead of the left. Some places I can even wear the junior sizes.
My mom and I went shopping this past weekend for some springy clothes. I can't believe the sizes I am getting into. I can't remember the last time I was this small....
I got a notice in the mail the other day, and finally....(*drum roll please...) Our 10 year reunion is in September. I can't wait to see the look on peoples faces..especially the one's who used to make fun of me for being overweight. So, that afternoon will be spent at the spa...hell, I deserve it right?
Going, going...

MARCH 4, 2007
Hey everyone...
Just wanted to keep you all posted on how I am doing. I am now at 72 pounds, down another jean size and I am loving it!! I went shopping last weekend for some new underwear and bras. (sorry men if this is too personal) I went down 3 underwear sizes and from a 42C to a 38B. Kinda sucks that my boobs are shrinking, but thats alright. Cuz once I get to the size I want to be, they will look more proportioned with my body, and not as small.
So enough about my boobs, lol... I am feeling great, and I can't wait til our 10 year reunion this year. There are a few certain "skinny biatches" who used to make fun of me for being overweight, and now they are all FAT!! Those of you who know me well, you know how that is....... HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAA
waisting away..

So now I am at 62 pounds and it feels great! I want to go out and buy some new clothes, but it would be pointless. They would only fit for a couple weeks and then I'd have to buy new again. I have 3 pairs of pants that I can actually wear to work that don't fall down to my feet. It feels great, don't get me wrong, I just wish I could wear the size 10 jeans I got for Christmas already. I know it's a process, and I never would have lost this much in such a short time trying to diet the normal way. I just can't wait to see how the finished product is going to be.
The stores are already putting out bathing suits. Two-piece bathing suits. God, I haven't worn a bikini since I was 5 years old....
I'm finally taking that step..

JANUARY 6, 2007
I had Gastric Bypass surgery on November 8, 2006. My highest weight was 270 pounds. I have been overweight since I was 6 years old, and weightloss was always a struggle. I did weight watchers, on 5 different occassions, dieticians, jenny craig, lowfat, lowcal, lowcarb, south beach..everything! My mom even took me to the childrens obesity clinic in boston as a child. I finally decided, in December of 2005 that I was gonna finally do something about it. I was approved by my PCP almost immediately. First i had to quit smoking, which I did cold turkey after smoking for 10 years. Thats how bad I wanted this. After months of yo-yoing my weight, and counceling, I finally got approved.
Everything went extremely well. The first month was really hard, only being able to eat mashed types of foods, or just liquids. I am now on to solids, but it's like being a baby...learning to eat all over again. Some days I am ok, eating only 3-4 bites per meal time. Some days I get violently ill. But I can definitly say it has all been worth it. I am now 2 months out and I have already lost 50 pounds.
It feels incredible to wear clothes that I haven't been able to wear in a few years. It's almost like I am going shopping at a new clothing store, Kristy's Closet. All of my friends, family and co-workers have been really supportive. Between my birthday, Christmas, and "just because" moments, I have accumulated over $600.00 in clothing store gift cards. I can't wait til I get to where I want to be so I can shop!!!!
No more Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, or any of those fat clothes stores for me! Gap and Old Navy, here I come!
Wish me luck!
