Well I got on the scale on Monday, 1 day before my 7 week anniversary, and I lost 40lbs!!!  I'm so excited  !!!!!!!!!

Well I had my surgery 7/7/09 and have gone on here many times but haven't been up to writing anything (been a little depressed).  I lost 20lbs in the first week post op but now I'm at a stand still, I wonder if I'll always be fat , will I be one of the of the few people who have the surgery but don't lose any weight.  I have to say that I think anyone who goes through this surgery should be required to have therapy to deal with all the unanswered questions and emotions.  I worry when I do eat that I'm stretching my pouch.  I see food and think I'm so hungry but am I really hungry or is it all in my head.  So I have decided to post a blog and hopefully someone out there can understand what I'm going through and have some words of wisdom. 

Well the day is finally here for my consultation.  I went to the seminar mid January and was originally scheduled for my consult on February 17th, but of course I want this surgery extremely bad and they had to reschedule for the 27th.  But the day is tomorrow and I have to say I'm a little excited and a little nervous.  I 'm so ready to to get control of my weight, I have gained about 20 lbs since December and I just can't seem to get stop binge eating.  I never seem to feel full until I've eaten so much I feel sick . 
I am going to use this blog to put all my feeling down, it might not make sense at times it will just be me and whats going through my head, so if you choose to read then enjoy my crazy mind!
So tomorrow is the beginning of the journey to the start of my new life!
