It's been three years

It has been a very long time since I have posted. Tomorrow is my birthday and the anniversary of leaving the hospital after surgery. I have lost 140 pounds. I still have 35 pounds to lose but I feel wonderful. My clothes are normal sizes from regular racks in regular stores. I can buy things because I like them not because they are the only things that fit. Eating is easy, normal, much easier than in the beginning. I remember thinking, what have I done to myself. Now I tell people it is the best thing I ever did for myself. I am so glad I got up the courage and took the plunge.
