Lost 16 lbs!!

So I had my 1 wk post op yesterday and was happy to learn I have lost 16 lbs. Last night though I had my first experience with vomiting. Then again at 3 AM. My nutritionist says I need an acid blocker. Hope it helps cause this heartburn and the spitting is making me miserable.

To those with well wishes on my surgery last week I say much thanks. Tomorrow will be exactly 1 week since surgery. I will have my postop appt and get weighed. I gotta get a scale.
I am still feeling abdominal discomfort. I went to the grocery store today and it was tiring. I have been walking in the home up and down the steps for any little thing instead of calling my crumb snatchers or asking my man to get it. I am ready to venture outdoors for walking but will wait for clearance. I feel dizzy a lot too. So I may not be getting enough protein. I do a shake every 4 hours but I have yet to finish I 8oz cup yet in my 1/2 hr shake window.
I just watched a Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy online at OR live. When they take the stomach out all I can say is EWWW.
