"In general, I was disappointed in the hospital. There were a few great RNs who took the time to do their job. However, I felt I had to apologize for needing assistance. Maybe they were just low staffed b/c Xmas is right around the corner...."

"I gotta tell you, if first impressions are to be trusted, I shouldn't get this surgery with Dr.C. My initial appt for "eval" was a ten minute disaster. I waited 4.5 hours (honestly) in the waiting room. I was seen by "Kelly", who I think is a PA or RN with Dr.C for 10 minutes. She asked me a few questions and said that I was appropriate for surgery...hmmmmm...... Dr. C NEVER came in to meet me or talk to me. I understand this was probably not a typical day, but geezzzzz. The reason, the ONLY reason, I am still in this with Dr. C is because my reaseach has told me she is the BEST. I will endure the chaos in her office. I will gather my own info. I chose her for RNY not bedside manners... Lets hope I am right!"
